Has been given one of these boxes and am very pleased with some results. I have used full fat milk to do a kefir and has left he for roughly 28 hours and he have done perfectly first time. In a summer so only can take some 24 hours when it is warmer. I am having he in place of yoghourt for the transmission. I have used partorisca do kefir of tins, any question, but are now vegan and like this decided partorisca try to do a version of water. I have used all new crew does like this any partorisca contaminate but his never looked partorisca ferment, any sure if I something wrong, although I have followed an instruction to a paper. It say no like this easy as fermenting kefir of tins... I have been disappointed.
